1. How long before I start to feel better?
Every individual, couple, and situation is unique.
Unfortunately, I can't predict the future, but I do know
the hardest part is ask for help. Taking that step is a
step toward beginning to feel better.
2. I'm not ready to decide. Are you going to tell me/us
what to do?
No. I am here as a neutral party who wants what is
best for you. We will identify what the best course of
action and options that are best for you and your
family.
3. How can I be sure you won't judge me/us?
I am not here to judge you or anyone. I understand how difficult
this is. I want only what is best for you and your family.
4. How can I be sure counseling will help me make the right
decision?
Unfortunately, I can't guarantee that any decision will the "right"
decision. I can give you my best from my experience with the
Couple's Institute and working with hundreds of couples over the
seven years.
5. Do you work with people who are making decisions other than
should I stay or should I go?
Yes. I also really enjoy working individuals dealing with
relationships, a difficult ex, teenagers, depression, or anxiety.
